What will you learn?

Some of the topics you will learn:

  • Voyage chartering: the duty of the carrier to provide a seaworthy ship to be able to carry the cargo.
  • Voyage chartering: When time matters: proceeding with utmost dispatch and without deviation. But what rights and obligations does the carrier have?
