Baryte, Flotation Chemical Grade

Description

A product produced, using advanced flotation technology, from naturally occurring low-grade baryte mineral ore. Main component is barium sulphate, accounting for 97%. Contains also trace amounts of silicon dioxide, iron oxide, aluminium oxide, strontium sulphate, and calcium carbonate. Odourless. Powder. White or off-white colour. Bulk density: 2,637 kg/m3

 

Non-IMSBC Code information: The production process consist of crushing, ball milling, flotation, thickening and dehydration. Typical uses of this product: drilling mud weighing agent ( heavyweight additive of drilling mud), production for all kinds of barium salt products, filler for paint, coating, plastic, rubber and elastomer industries.
