Coke breeze

Description
Greyish powder. Bulk density: 556 kg/m3Non-IMSBC Code information: coke particles of less than one-half inch in diameter produced when coal is processed. A by-product of coke manufacturing; it is during the coke quenching, handling and screening operation that coke breeze is produced. In short, coke breeze is residue from the screening of heat-treated coke. It is often sold off site as a by-product or reused on site (e.g., in the sinter plant).

Coke - buckwheat coke - nut coke - pea coke - blast furnace coke - dry coke fines.
