New future version of SmartCon released as a “beta”

We are very excited to announce that a “beta” version of a new SmartCon has been released. This new SmartCon combines the best of both worlds from the existing Word and Online versions. It adds the track changes and comments feature from the Word edition while offering the simple and easy approach of the Online version.

If you already have a SmartCon account, you can try it at https://sc.bimco.org. However if you don’t have an account, please contact the SmartCon team at smartcon@bimco.org and we can setup a trial version for you.

We are doing our utmost to make this version the best contract editor to date. And as we value and appreciate feedback, you can share your views with us either by using the “Help” option directly in SmartCon, or you can send your feedback to smartcon@bimco.org.

We are working hard to make all contracts available in the new upgraded system as soon as possible, however if you are missing a contract, please contact us, so we can let you know when it will be available.
