NO DIRTY BALLAST, no oil, slops, or oil contaimed water shall be leaked, pumped, drained, flushed or discharged, either directly or indirectly via ODMACS equipment or filter, into sea in the vicinity of NuStar Terminals Canada Partnership. Should any oil or oil contaminated water escape from a vessel the master must immediately inform NuStar Terminals Canada Partnership.
