Trading restrictions imposed against Bangladesh

  • None

Trading restrictions imposed by Bangladesh

According to information received from local contacts the following are prohibited from calling at Bangladeshi ports.

  • Any vessel under the Israeli flag / registry.
  • Any vessel owned, managed or operated by Israeli interests.
  • Any vessel with Israeli crew and/or officers on board.
  • Any vessel with stern ramp and without discharging gear. However, vessels with side ramp are handled provided vessel is able to work during high water. Furthermore, vessels with bow bridge can only enter / leave the harbour during daylight flood tide.
