Gudrun Janssens, BIMCO's Manager of Intergovernmental Engagement, will be speaking on the Global Partnership on Plastic Pollution and Marine Litter (GPML) webinar.

This Global Partnership on Plastic Pollution and Marine Litter (GPML) webinar will provide a general introduction to sea-based sources of plastic pollution and marine litter and explore solutions and viewpoints from the maritime private sector.

Gudrun Janssens will provide an overview on how the shipping industry can play it’s part in reducing marine plastic litter, focussing on the removal of single-use plastics from ships as well as how other ship-based sources of marine plastics might be addressed going forwards.
