Jessica Maitra is a lawyer at international law firm Clyde & Co and previously with Eversheds LLP. She deals with both contentious and non-contentious shipping work and acts for owners and charterers, ship managers, ship financiers and marine insurers. Jessica regularly advises owners and charterers on carriage of goods by sea and charter party claims.
