The development process

We start with a dialogue to understand your business, your people and the impact you want the training to have.

Together, we identify learning objectives, assess participant experience levels and determine the topics that will create the greatest value.

In some cases, we conduct interviews with selected participants before the training takes place to ensure the programme addresses real operational challenges and skills gaps.

Based on these discussions, BIMCO develops a bespoke programme structure, recommends suitable trainers and prepares practical exercises and case studies aligned with your business.

Where relevant, your own contracts, procedures, forms and operational examples can be incorporated into the training, ensuring that learning is directly connected to participants' daily work and responsibilities.

FAQ

How long does a customised training course need to be?

For in-person training, the duration will typically be one to three days and the final programme will be based on the agreed learning objectives and desired outcome.
For online training, we recommend that the training occurs in a bite size format, split between one to two hours per day. BIMCO will ensure that the training takes place in a suitable time zone.

Will a certificate be provided at the completion of the training?

Certificates of Attendance will be provided for participants upon request.

What's included in your course fee?

For in-person training, the fees will cover all trainers’ travel expenses, trainers’ course fees, programme design, course materials and, if required, tailormade case studies.

The fee does not include any costs related to the venue, regardless of whether the course is held at your office or an external location.

Online training session fees also include the use of digital course materials and presentations.
