ASBATANKVOY 2025 is a standard charter party for use in the tanker sector. It was originally published in 1977 and has been revised in 2025 in a cooperative effort between the Association of Ship Brokers & Agents (USA) Inc. (ASBA) and BIMCO.
The charter party is complemented by a standard bill of lading form, ASBATANKBILL 2025.
The forms are jointly authored by ASBA and BIMCO. They are published by BIMCO. Copyright is held by ASBA and any unauthorised use is prohibited.
