A freestanding bill of lading form, ASBATANKBILL 2025, has been developed on the basis of CONGENBILL 2022, BIMCO’s standard bill of lading for shipments under GENCON 2022.
The bill of lading form included in the original 1977 edition of ASBATANKVOY has not been used to a large extent in the market, and when BIMCO and ASBA developed ASBAGAVOY in 2020, it was decided that it would be useful to provide a “package” comprising the charter party and a freestanding bill of lading form. The same approach has been adopted in relation to the ASBATANKVOY revision.
