Wei Zhuang: Asian maritime law and regulation

Wei (Wayne) Zhuang is BIMCO’s Head of Asia Pacific. He has a background as a maritime lawyer and has been with BIMCO since 2011.

He is responsible for BIMCO’s dialogue with Asian regulators and regional industry stakeholders and frequently speaks to BIMCO’s position on a variety of topics to Asia-based media.

Wei Zhuang has a master’s degree in maritime law and a PhD in International Law.
