Sea and BIMCO have expanded their collaboration to bring BIMCO's standard clauses directly into Sea's fixture workflow.
The integration gives chartering, broking, commercial and legal teams access to the latest BIMCO clauses and enables draft contracts to be checked against recognised industry standards before agreements are finalised.
By automating clause updates and highlighting deviations from standard wording, the enhanced solution helps users improve contractual governance, reduce version-control challenges and manage risk more effectively during negotiations
