ROPAXTIME is a standard time charter party for the RoPax trade. It can be amended to be used for RoRo ships as well.
The charter party contains the latest standard time charter clauses and includes detailed provisions covering trade specific issues such as hotel, restaurant and passenger related issues. The latest edition of this contract is ROPAXTIME, issued in 2015.
