RESPONSECON is an international spill response contract for hire of clean-up services and equipment following a spill of oil or other hazardous or noxious substances.
The contract should not be used for spills occuring in the US – for such spills see US RESPONSECON. The latest edition of this contract is RESPONSECON, issued in 2017.
Use of the contract is free of charge, but below Conditions of Use apply.
