The Australian Wheat Charter Party was developed for the carriage of wheat by the Australian Wheat Board and was recommended by BIMCO.
The government-owned Australian Wheat Board is now defunct. It was accompanied by its own bill of lading, the AUSTWHEATBILL. The latest edition of this contract is AUSTWHEAT 1990.
