Training payment and conditions



The fee includes coffee breaks, lunch and course materials, but not transport or accommodation, this should be arranged by the participant directly with the hotel.

You can either pay by bank transfer or credit card*, For some courses only credit card payment is accepted. Payment by credit card is highly recommended, as the sign up can be confirmed immediately. Upon completion of sign up the participant will receive an invoice (PDF)/receipt by email.

All payments should be made in the invoiced currency. EUR for the majority of EU and non-EU countries, except for courses held in the United Kingdom (GBP) and Norway (NOK).

When making the bank transfer please indicate (BIMCO reg number / invoice number) on the payment. Alternatively, you can pay the invoice online by credit card*. You will receive a separate email with the invoice in PDF format.

Payment must be received by BIMCO Informatique A/S by the invoice due date in order to be able to attend the course.  If no payment has been received by invoice due date, the course seat will be cancelled, and a new registration process will be required to secure a seat.

All bank charges are to be paid by the customer.

Up until 30 days before the course start date it is possible to pay with credit card* or bank transfer. Less than 30 days before the course start date it is only possible to pay with credit card.

Once your payment is received, you will receive an email confirming payment.

*MasterCard and Visa only


Early bird discount cannot be combined with volume discount.


In case of cancellation of a course by the client the following cancellation charges apply:

  • More than two weeks prior to the course start date: 50% of the course fee
  • Less than two weeks prior to the course start date: 100% of the courses fee.

BIMCO Informatique A/S reserves the right to

  • update the course programme and/or cancel or terminate wholly or in part any course and make changes to the course at any time for any reasons.
  • cancel sessions if minimum registration numbers are not met. Attendees will have the option to attend the same course at another time.


Training course fees for courses taking place in specific EU countries (including Norway) will be liable for VAT in that country, regardless of whether the participant paying the course fee is a taxable person or a non-taxable person and no matter where the participant originates from, due to an exception of the reverse charge rule. Local VAT is charged based on where the course is held – article 53 of the VAT directive applies.

The VAT can be reclaimed through the EU refund mechanism.


Substitution of another named participant can be made free of charge until 2 working days before the course begins.

Visa application invitation letter

If you need an invitation letter to support your visa application, please request one using the link you receive in the confirmation email once you have paid. Please note that BIMCO will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a participant. Should your visa application be declined, you can send a request for a full refund of the course fee to, but latest 7 days before the course start date.

Course materials

BIMCO issues electronic course files as an Adobe PDF file enabling you to make personal notes using a computer or tablet. You will need to bring a computer or tablet to the course!
