Andreas Silcher, Partner, Haynes Boone

Andreas Silcher is a partner at Haynes and Boone with nearly 20 years experience, specialising in the maritime, oil and gas, and finance sectors. He focuses on commercial transactions and non-contentious matters, including negotiating shipbuilding contracts and structuring joint ventures. Andreas is recognized by Chambers UK and The Legal 500 (Legalease). He holds a Master of Law from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and previously worked as a solicitor at Curtis Davis Garrard LLP (now Haynes Boone CDG, LLP) and served as general counsel for TMS Cardiff Gas Ltd.
