17 April 2019A new, “ Terminals Conditions of Use ” clause gives owners and operators in the oil, gas, dry bulk and container trades the means to respond to unreasonable terms imposed by terminals as a condition of using their facilities.

It has been drafted to enable for cross-border transits where an SEV is needed to accompany the owners ’ vessel through the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) or territorial waters of more than one state.
