Generating report is a feature of benchmark allowing users to generate the general report on SPIs/KPIs/PIs for one or many reporting periods. To access the “Report” function, you need to go to the “Benchmark” page and select the “Report” button as seen below:
This function allows users to generate a PDF format report, including an overview of benchmarking information between reported SPIs/KPIs/PIs and the industry value. It is flexible and customizable as it allows users to define what will be included in the report. There are four main options in this function customization that are indicators, dependencies, fleets and other elements such as charts, description, numeric data or company logo as shown in the picture below:
The indication allows the selection on which SPIs/KPIs/PIs the report should include. The dependencies option allows specification of which value should be included, depending on the selected indicator. Fleets is where users can select which fleets value will be used for the report. Depending on the requirements or reporting purpose, users can include more elements such as charts, descriptions or data into the report by using the checkbox. After selecting the required information, selecting “OK” will generate the report. The report will be downloaded automatically to the user’s machine.
This KPI expresses the company’s ability to always maintain critical equipment and systems in good working condition.
The KPI counts the number of failures of equipment and systems in the critical list defined in the company's Safety Management System.
|PI029||Number of failures of critical equipment and systems||= 1|
|KPI Value||Failures of critical equipment and systems||= 1|

Veritas Petroleum Services (VPS) publish regular Bunker Alerts based entirely on fuel samples and have kindly permitted BIMCO’s Members to access this information.
The Bunker Alerts are not intended to be an evaluation of overall bunker quality in the port or area concerned, but usually highlight a specific parameter within the fuel which has raised a quality issue.
