BIMCO IMSBC Code webinar highlighting shipowners' difficulties with transport of solid bulk cargoes


View the latest IMSBC Code webinar presenting the general difficulties on shipment of solid bulk cargoes, together with some BIMCO recommendations to improve the situation. 

On 5th December 2019, BIMCO held a one-hour long webinar session on the IMSBC Code, highlighting the general difficulties that shipowners encounter when transporting solid bulk cargoes. This webinar was hosted by Ms. Ai Cheng Foo-Nielsen, manager, Maritime Information department, which included some recommendations put forward by BIMCO that could help mitigate these difficulties. A short Q&A session taking questions from members was also included in this webinar. 

BIMCO wishes to thank members who attended the webinar for the good feedback received. BIMCO has also received many requests to view this webinar which is available only to members.
