Members are informed that the International Maritime Organization has issued a circular attaching a new list of designated national competent authorities responsible for the carriage of solid bulk cargoes as well as grain cargoes. The circular BC.1/circ.74 supersedes BC.1/circ. 73.
Members are to be guided accordingly.
