In 2023, BIMCO launched the CII Post Implementation Review Group to analyse the effects of the CII framework on the industry. We're now asking for your valuable insights to shape the future of our industry.
Last summer, we carried out our first CII survey, focusing on the BIMCO CII Operations Clause for Time Charter Parties 2022. The responses were enlightening, providing a snapshot of carbon reduction measures, use of the CII Operations Clause, and the industry's view on contractual arrangements.
Recognising the value of industry input, we're now conducting a second survey.
