Magnesium sulphate fertilizers


This entry covers a range of powdered products ( grey to brown in colour) containing magnesium sulphate. Used as fertilisers or components used in the manufacture of fertilisers. May be dusty and partly soluble in water. Colour: grey to brown powder.  Bulk density: 850-1,150 kg/m3Non-IMSBC Code information: produced with the following composition: (1) Magnesium Sulphate (MgSO4)  25 – 55%, (2) Calcium Sulphate (CaSO4)  15 – 30%, (3) Ferrous Sulphate (FeSO4)  2 – 30%, (4) Moisture (H2O)  < 13%, and (5) Balance - water of crystallization (bound water).
