Revision of BARGEHIRE 1994

The BARGEHIRE sub-committee met in London on 30 April to continue work on the revision of BIMCO’s standard barge charter party. For the sake of clarification, the provisions dealing with insurance, responsibilities, class and repairs have been restructured.
